About the Instructor

Kickboxing is taught by Nathan Gimler-Zimmerman, a lifelong martial artist and highly experienced strength coach.

Nathan brings nearly 30 years of training experience and holds multiple certifications, including:

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
  • USA Weightlifting Level 2 Sports Performance Coach
  • StrongFirst Girya Instructor
  • G3 Krav Maga Global Instructor

He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and has trained in Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, boxing, and competitive striking. His coaching blends real-world experience with evidence-based training to help students build strength, skill, and resilience.
