The practice of yoga became essential for her physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Certified Yoga Instructor: Mali Ouzts
Bio:
A few years ago, my life was turned upside down, and while living in Salem I was searching for balance and a sense of belonging. Somewhere along the way, I stumbled into yoga—something I had only tried a handful of times—and finally got it. The grounding, the release, the way it made me feel more at home in my body and mind. And feeling humbled and yet excited by each half moon I either wobble out of or stood strong in.
What really hooked me was the community. Yoga introduced me to people from all walks of life and gave me a space that felt supportive, welcoming, and real. After finding that kind of home for myself, I knew I wanted to help create it for others too, which led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Teacher training opened me up to new styles, new challenges, and a lot of learning (about yoga and about myself). I’m endlessly grateful for the path it set me on.
My classes are all about grounding, support, and connection—feeling strong through the earth beneath you, the muscles that move you, and the people practicing right alongside you.
Aside from yoga you can find me buried in books, music, art, and my cats.

Certified Yoga Instructor: Jayna Shea
Bio:
Jayna (who also goes by Jay) began her yoga journey reluctantly. While weight lifting her trainer suggested yoga and meditation but it would be five years before she found herself as a regular at classes. Bopping from studio to studio up and down the east coast it took a surprise hot power flow to realize yoga was more than ‘just stretching’. No longer a nomad she has tried many different modalities and still prefers a varied selection of classes in her weekly routine, from power flow to restorative. She knows how difficult it can be to turn the mind down and settle into your body, and aims to create a safe space to explore what that journey looks like for each individual through movement or stillness.

Certified Yoga Instructor: Ida Kordha
Bio:
I began my yoga practice in 2012, and over the years it has become a grounding part of my life. What started as a physical practice grew into a tool that helps me show up with more presence, confidence, and balance both on and off the mat.
I met Robyn in 2024 and have been inspired by her teaching ever since. When she launched her teacher training, I knew she was the mentor I wanted to learn from and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training under her guidance in 2025. I believe yoga is about building confidence, connecting to yourself, and feeling empowered as you move, breathe, and flow, and taking that awareness off the mat and into everyday life.
I look forward to meeting you on your mat and am honored to flow alongside you!
