Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

We do offer mat rentals, but we strongly encourage bringing your own mat whenever possible for comfort and hygiene.

Are towels provided?

Yes! We provide complimentary sweat towels for all classes.

Do you sell water?

We sell water bottles at the studio if you forget yours, but we encourage bringing your own reusable bottle whenever possible.

Is Tiger Lily Yoga an inclusive space?

Absolutely. Tiger Lily Yoga is an inclusive, welcoming, and affirming space for all.

We do not tolerate racism, bigotry, sexism, or discrimination of any kind. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in our studio.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time so another student may take your spot.

Do members receive discounts on workshops or events?

Yes! Autopay members receive 15% off all workshops and special events.

What is the commitment for autopay memberships?

Autopay memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

After the initial commitment period, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Do you offer a referral program?

We do—and we love it when our community grows through you 💛

If you refer a friend and they sign up for an autopay membership:

They receive their first month FREE

You receive one FREE month as a thank-you

There’s no limit to how much love you can share!

Arrival & Late Policy

Please plan to arrive on time for class.

To minimize disruption and maintain safety, studio doors will be locked five (5) minutes after class start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once doors are locked. If you arrive early and another class is still in session, we kindly ask that you:

• Keep voices low in hallways and common areas

• Be mindful of the quiet, meditative nature of classes in progress

This helps ensure a calm transition for everyone.

Phones & Personal Items

• Please silence or turn off phones before entering the studio space

• Phones, smart watches, and other devices should not be used during class

• Personal belongings should be stored neatly to keep walkways clear

Scent & Personal Care

Out of consideration for those with sensitivities:

• Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented products

• Clean clothing and personal hygiene are appreciated, especially in heated classes

Respecting Others

• Please refrain from offering physical or verbal corrections to other students

• Allow each person their own experience without comparison or judgment

• Teachers are always available if you need support or guidance
