Hi there!
I’m Robyn Gimler, founder of Tiger Lily Yoga.
I was born and raised in Massachusetts, and I discovered yoga as a freshman in college—at a time when I didn’t yet have the language to describe what was happening inside my mind and body. Struggling with anxiety and ADHD from an early age, I spent years feeling disconnected from myself. Yoga was the first thing in my life that helped me truly calm my nervous system. It was a relief I didn’t even know was possible.
That experience changed everything.
My decision to become a certified yoga teacher came from a deep desire to share that sense of relief with others—especially those who are struggling in ways that may feel invisible or isolating. We all carry something in this world, and none of us are meant to carry it alone. Teaching has been my passion for over ten years, beginning with my certification in Boston and later making the transition into being a full-time teacher while living in California.
Now, I’m settled back home on the North Shore in Beverly, and opening Tiger Lily Yoga feels like a full-circle moment.
This studio was created to be a space where everyone is welcome—exactly as they are. A place where you can step through the door and be transported into a different dimension, one where what you need mentally, emotionally, energetically, and physically is all that exists. A place to move, to breathe, to soften, to build strength, and to feel seen.
Tiger Lily Yoga is more than a studio—it’s a community. It’s a space to find your people, to feel safe, to feel at home, and to remember that you belong.
I can’t wait to welcome you in. You belong here.♡
